Namaste

Hi thanks for taking the time to check out my website. Please let me know if and how I can be of service to you in/along your journey. Here’s a bit about me & mine: I hold almost a thousand hours in yoga alliance registered yoga teacher training certificates including 2 separate 300 hour trainings in India. I am based in but not limited to Los Angeles, California. I received my initial 200 hour YTT certificate from Yogi Manohari Das (Tamal Dodge) of Yoga Salt in 2016. In 2019 I received my first 300 hour yoga teacher training certificate in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand (India) from World Peace Yoga School (Vishnu Panigrahi & his lovely team of instructors) with focus in applied yoga therapy, vinyasa, hatha, yin, and ashtanga yoga as well as five separate 20 hour certifications in yin, sound healing, ayurveda, kirtan and restorative yoga. In 2023 I received my second 300 hour teacher training certificate in Mumbai, India at beautiful Radhanath Swami Maharaj’s Govardhan Eco Village where I learned from The Wisdom of the Sages very own Raghunath and Kaustuba Das & their incredible team focusing deeply on yoga philosophy and the Vedic traditions and culture.

A huge thank you to my students, teachers, colleagues, friends, and family for all of the support which helped shape me into who I am today. In short: I’m a very grateful soul.. so humbled by the honor to learn, teach and share the gift of yoga.

I’m especially overwhelmed with gratitude toward my teachers Raghunath Das, Kaustubha Das, Radhanath Swami Maharaj, Yogi Manohari Das, and Katyayani Devi Dasi for selflessly sharing their knowledge and guidance with me. Also the rest of the association and lineage of beautiful gurus and devotees which led me to the teachings of his holiness AC Bhaktivendanta Swami Prabhupada and all of the sages who walked before him, each carefully passing these sacred teachings down in such a sweet, loving and delicate way.

My passion for yoga was rediscovered 16 years ago as if I picked up where I left off from a previous life. Some days along the spiritual path feel like a full speed sprint and others like a careful tiptoe. But no matter the pace I firmly believe yoga to be the only practice for spiritual and physical development with mental and emotional liberation as well. Yoga magically cleanses and heals the body, mind, and spirit by identifying as an infinite soul (rather than a finite brain and body) and appreciating the soul and all others as an extension of the Divine and treating the body as a sacred temple. All it takes is a simple shift in perspective. My asana teaching style is very alignment oriented, with a light hearted vibe, and an eagerness to help and heal. I am also able to combine my talents and passions in yoga and music with sharing unique and traditional kirtan.
